Where do your products come from?

Our products have different origins, all related to Morocco:
From Morocco: CÎté Bougie scented candles (handmade in Marrakech), bags and jewelry
From France: LIYA S. Paris natural cosmetics and Savon Mauresque soaps (owner/project developer from Morocco, organic ingredients from Morocco)
From Italy: Ceramic products
All products are inspired by Moroccan culture and craftsmanship.

Are your products certified?

Yes! Our LIYA S. Paris natural cosmetics products are ECOCERT and COSMOS NATURAL certified. CÎté Bougie scented candles are made from 100% soy wax and are environmentally friendly. All products meet European quality standards.

Are the products handmade?

Yes, many of our products are handcrafted. The ceramic containers for our scented candles are made in traditional workshops in Marrakech, the Savon Mauresque soaps are strung on beaded cords, and our natural cosmetics are produced with care and attention to detail. This makes each product exceptionally high-quality.

Are your cosmetic products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our LIYA S. Paris natural cosmetics are 93-100% natural and ECOCERT-certified. The products contain high-quality, organic plant-based ingredients from Morocco, such as organic argan oil, rose water, and prickly pear oil. Some products contain honey (e.g., the anti-aging mask). All products are cruelty-free.

How can I order?

You can easily order through our online shop. Select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the steps to checkout. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us by email as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to make any changes. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. You can then return the order after receiving it.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice by email after placing your order. The invoice will also be included in the package.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.90 for shipping. Different conditions apply for shipping to other European countries, which you can view at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. For other European countries, delivery may take 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status at any time.

How long do scented candles burn?

The burning time depends on the size:
- Size S: approx. 40 hours
- Size M: approx. 80 hours
- Size L: approx. 180 hours
All candles are made from 100% soy wax with cotton wicks and are handmade in Marrakech.

How do I use the LIYA S. Paris Beauty Ritual?

The daily ritual consists of 3 steps:
1. Spray rose water onto cleansed skin (moisturizer base)
2. Apply serum to still damp skin (intensive care)
3. Apply organic argan oil (sealing & protection)
Once a week: Ghassoul scrub and honey-neroli mask for intensive care. More information about the beauty ritual.

How long do natural cosmetic products last?

All LIYA S. Paris products have a best-before date, which is indicated on the packaging. Once opened, the products should be used within 6-12 months (see symbol on the packaging).

Can I reuse the ceramic containers from the scented candles?

Yes, absolutely! The handmade ceramic vessels are beautiful decorative objects and can be reused as storage containers, flower pots, or decorative bowls after the candle has burned down.

Are the room fragrances refillable?

Yes! Refills for Capilla room fragrances can be ordered upon request. Please contact us by email with your desired fragrance. You can also regulate the fragrance intensity by adjusting the number of reeds and turning them regularly to prolong the fragrance release. We can order refills upon request.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email to register a return. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If you cancel within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Of course, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged goods.

What happens if a product arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price. Because our ceramic products are fragile, we package them very carefully.
