The idea for Designmaroc originated in Marrakech.
Carried away by the atmosphere of this special city with extremely hospitable people, a fascinating international flair and its very own culture and way of life, the desire to learn even more grew.
A tour through the Middle Atlas with its authentic Berber villages, the hike through the fertile Ourika valley and a desert trip inspired us all. Agadir has great hotels and beaches, offers a wide range of sports and excellent restaurants. The journey through a wonderful landscape to Essaouira, the old port city, with which we immediately fell in love, remains unforgettable.
Again and again we got to know people with special skills and talents who practice their classic craft full of empathy. The influence of young creative designers, imaginative entrepreneurs and the lived culture mix with a lot of European touch makes the products on offer so interesting. We look forward to discovering new objects and sharing the stories of their creators.
